Samir has over 30 years of Construction business experience, including project management and supervision, construction, and design. In 2006, Samir founded Nuway Construction & Management where he was the President & CEO until the company was sold in 2023.

As the Office Administrator for Aboo Construction Group, Zainah leads the Client Relations Department and assures that each person who contacts ACG receives outstanding service. She is a liaison between clients and ACG teams, manages client relationships throughout a project, and collaborates closely with each department to ensure the highest levels of responsiveness for each client. Zainah hires, trains and manages administrative staff, oversees special events, assists the CEO with administrative tasks, and provides IT support companywide. She also manages Human Resources responsibilities, including new hire onboarding and benefits management. Zainah's dedicated work ethic, organization, and positive attitude are invaluable to the ACG team.

As a Project Manager for Aboo Construction Group, Sergio contributes extensive knowledge in design build remodeling, hands-on experience with all construction trades, and exceptional communication skills. Construction is a family legacy for Sergio, whose father and grandfather were both carpenters. Sergio is a problem solver adept at finding common ground and developing relationships that build understanding and trust with clients. He is experienced with collaborating with architects and designers, and reviewing plans, blueprints, and design drawings during the schematic design of pre-construction, construction, and post construction phases. Sergio is responsible for ensuring code compliance, managing employees and trade partners, and assuring the timely completion of all the other details on the job site that lead to successful remodels.
