Project Manager

Aboo Construction Group, a fast-growing Chicago-based General Contractor, is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects across commercial, residential, retail, and industrial sectors. What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation

• Enforce job site safety, quality standards, and compliance with plans and specifications

• Lead field teams with professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar leadership role

• Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction processes

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with project management tools and construction software

• A proactive leader with a positive attitude and drive to exceed expectations
